Daman is halfway between Kathmandu and Hetauda at 2320m. It is definitely worth visiting.There is a viewing tower that has a telescope (a cheap fee). There is not much in this town. On the side towards Hetauda, there are some interesting rhododendron forests, which is especially worth seeing during spring.
